No. Those are companies who charge artists a percentage of their earnings. usually via contract. While we have paid our share to a few, we do not "find" acts for people. What is posted on the site is what is available; we do not have hidden artist listings. Q. How old do I have to be to sign up ON YOUR SITE? A. 18, unless you have written parental permission.
